How to make the window form always full size inside the MDI container?

Hello,

I had a master form which has a MDI container.

When I was load the master form, I will also display another form inside the MDI container.
But I was fail to maximize the child form to fix the MDI container. The image below is my problem



I need to expand the form above to touch the MDI container border. (Full size in the MDi container)
But I was fail even I was set the child form window state to Maximized

Did you set the child forms MaximumSize property? This would also limit the size when form is maximized.

I put the code below at the master form load event:

frmBase.MdiParent = Me
frmBase.Show()
frmBase.Activate()




Based on what you say:
When a form is maximized its title bar is visible and located at top-right of the parents client area.

Actually it already it in the maximize stage, did you see the twin rectangle at the title bar in the picture above?

for the MaximumSize property, I didn't set it, it just the default value: 0,0
Then, what should the value I need to set cause I didn't know the actual size of the master form because master form also will change the size when maximize it or drag it border.


So, how to figure out?
