Question how to make rpdf reader like a book apps

i'm quite new here..
i'm asking help about how can i make a pdf reader but i'm not scrolling it down to read, but i want to make effect like i pad. just turn over the page like reading a book..
perhaps i combine vb.net with flash or what?
