Resolved How to make 3D rotate menu?

Hello guys..Im trying to make a menu for my application in Visual Basic 2008 but I wanted to be 3D.,,,How can I make one just like this:

I want to make it everytime I click for example a picture to show me a form...
Its like 3D Stuff....pls help me..

It is similar to what you ask about, not exactly the same, but may get you ideas on how this can be done.
