how to go back to previous page?

hye all,
i have 3 different page that will go to the same form(lets name it as 'Result form') after they click one button
in the 'Result form', there is back button that goes to the previous form. how to differentiate which form will appear when user click the back button?
eg:
form1-->'Result form' = if user click back button(at 'Result form'),it will go to form1

form2-->'Result form' = if user click back button(at 'Result form'),it will go to form2... etc

Use public var as flag for the purpose ... i.e. inside Closing event change its value:
myFlag = form1 'that means form1 was last opened form
then from the button click event check the flag and regard it do something
