How to Focus TextBox at RunTime?

Hai All.

I am Using Visual Studio 2003
i have two textBoxes in my Webform.
i want to Focus First Text Box while i am loading the Form.
and alway i focus Second TextBox when i use TabKey

Can any one give the solution for this?
