How to embed exe created using vb.net4.0 in web page?

Is there a way to embed vb.net4.0 exe application in web application written using vb.net4.0
Actually my need is to run winidows form applications(vb.net4.0) on a virtual server on network. I want to create a hosted website and execute all winidows form applications(vb.net4.0) through this website. I don't want application to be installed on user's machine when user accessing windows application through website.
Any help is appreciated.
