How to drag an email from Outlook into a drag/drop area

Hi. It seems that an email from Outlook won't accept being dragged and dropped in a VB drop area eg. a picturebox. Emails from Outlook Express drop fine, so the picturebox works well.

How can I do this, please. Thank you.
