How to display Confirm box in ASP.NET using VB.NET

Hi friends,
I would like Popup message box like "Do you want continue??"
and i need to display "Yes or No" options in message box

If user press Yes i need to do some thing

how i have to do in VB.NET and ASP.NET

PLEASE help me
