How to disable certain JavaScript functions to work when using WebBrowser?

I have WebBrowser, but I need it to disable certain JavaScript functions like Popup and alert !

How would I do this?

NewWindow event can be cancelled, there is also the ScriptErrorsSuppressed Property.
