How to create radio button with click on submit button would send us to another page?

I'm not quite sure whether this is the right place to post my question. Nonetheless, it's much appreciated for the help that would be given.

I'm trying to create a page where there are 2 types of users n which ever radio button is click then a submit button would be click to send them to their respective pages.
