how to compute rows in datagridview

HELP urgent!! i have a datagridview with column name RATE and i want all the row values on that column be sum up and total will generate on a textbox... please gimme code sample for it.. thnx!!

Edit: I'm assuming you've bound your DataGridView to a DataTable.

how about computing columns or suming them?

for example: Comtotal = comtotal1 + comtotal2

e.g. ColumnTotal = Column1 + Column2
