How to call make popup when i click on textbox

Hi,
I am doing an application in VB.NET2003. I have made a FORM where i have two textbox control txtFname and txtLname. I want to bring a popup when i doubleclick on textbox control txtFname and i also want to select name from popup then selected name should come in the textbox.

Can anybody provide me code for above? I shall be very very thankful to them.
