How import file from folder from server to client when folder has right of administr

Can any body give me code on this

<How to import a file from the folder from the server to client when the folder has the access right of administrator only in VB.ne>

i could not understand ur request, if u import a file in ur dll it is automaticlly included by .NET but if you mean downaload a file then you have to use ftp and also if you want to store that file on the client u need permissions as well.
