how do you change project name before publishing?

I started my project in VB 2008 with a name that I wish to change before publishing. How can this be accomplished with no problems?

There's two places, the project name in the solution explorer and the compiled name in the project properties.

Hi JuggaloBrotha, ty for your help. I tried what you suggested, but if you check the published folder after publishing is complete, the application still has the old name. Also, if you want to go back and change something with the program, you can't open the project because it can't be found under the new name. Am I missing something? Your help is appreciated.
