How do I schedule app,that pulls Oracle data and consumes my webservice?

I believe that an asmx file needs to be created even though Im not using IIS, but how do I pull certain records from an Oracle db and send them to my webservice that will send out the data? Oh...and I need to have this scheduled. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

YOu can create an normal windows application and placed it on the Task Scheduler. Or you can create a windows service application and create your own timer to do the scheduling.
