how do i make a form's corners rounded?

ive added a pic of the way the form should look like ive made the background image to that pic and removed the title bar but i still dont get the rounded corners, it shows the normal corners with black in it.
Ive attached the way it looks now and the way i want it to look

You have to set the TransparencyKey property of the form to a particular colour and then fill the areas you don't want seen with that colour.
