How do I best speed up running of my prog?
Once I have simplified code as much as possible, made it smaller. By using loops were appropriate etc.

All ideas are welcome

You have to know what's slowing it down to know how to speed it up. For all we know, it's already running as fast as it can. You've given us basically no information.
