Question How can I get the current audio volume of my speakers or a file in dB?

Dear Community,
At first I got to say hello to all of you, I just signed up
Well, my question is quite simple to understand I hope: I play back a file in my program via DX.AudioVideoPlayback(which already works) and want to monitor the current loudness of this file for both left and right channel on two ProgressBars.
Any ideas?
