If it is webapplication , we can convert the column as template column .Is there anyway in windows application?.
In datagrid, we can convert the column as template column.If it is windows application,can we convert the datagrid column as a template column?

I have no real idea what you mean but if it's something Web-specific then I doubt it. Perhaps some more explanation is in order. A column of what?

Are you using VB 2005 or have you just not bothered to set your profile properly? If you're using VB 2005 then you should be using the DataGridView, not the DataGrid. If you're using a different version then please set your profile appropriately.
