How can i add uninstall to user's program menu

I'm making installation setup and i have one problem.
How can i add uninstall shortcut to user's programs menu?

Though I agree with post 8 of link below, and just don't like those uninstaller in program menu, luckily less developers put them there, they are so easy to mis-click when starting the app. I usually delete them immediately to avoid the trouble and annoyance later.
