Thanks for the code. I am new to Vb.net. Is there a similar command like hotspot.drawmode in VB.net. Please give me the syntax for this.

hotspot.drawmode is used in VB6.

I was looking for something similar in VB.net.
Is it possible to use "MERGEPEN" and other raster operations in VB.net. Could you give me a sample code.

I splitted the thread, I can't see how your questions is related to the other thread. For drawing in .Net look into the System.Drawing namespace tools. Check out Bob Powells site for much good material regarding .Net graphics operations.
