Help dropdownlist items from text file

hello there im new to asp.net
i need to have a drop down list of countries of the world
i havethem in a text file is there a way to get them from the file to the dropdownlist or any other sugesstion would be good

use readLine method to read the values from the text file and just add one by one i.e.

Me.DropDownList.Items.Add(myLine)
