Getting "unspecified error"

I'm getting "unspecified error", when i try to change source control in the project, so that i can change the bindings. i'm using VSS as file repository.
it doesnot happen for all projects i have, but happens for only one project.

Yes, I'm using oracle and also sqlserver as database.
