I am trying to set up a listener on a port. Well, I can't figure out what IP to use. I went to canyouseeme.org, and the IP it provides does not seem to work. Is there an outsire(router) and inside address on these machines?

What is strange about this, is that the phone has its own IP, but when I test it, it is hooked into my computer's USB. Under this circumstance, the phones IP changes to the IP of the router the computer is on. So, in order to test this I guess I have to install the app on the phone, disconnect it, and then test. If you use this method in the link you gave me, would it be the correct IP for the phone to listen for incoming traffic?
I did not know if there was a different IP behind that one. I know with the normal PC, there is the router IP and the IP for that computer on the network. Does a mobile PC have to have its ports open like on a PC? Do they only have one IP?
