Hi,

I can successfully use GetSchema to get the column name of each table from MS Access. However, the column name is in alphabetical order.

VB.NET:

How can I get the column name in the same order as the table?

Thanks

The 'for' loop gets all the column names from the table when in loops through, except that they are in alphabetical order and not the way they appear in the table.

That's not an answer to the question I asked. I'm not asking anything about the database table for which you are trying to get the column names. I'm asking about the DataTable that you have in your code. When you call GetSchema it returns a DataTable. You are getting the values from the "COLUMN_NAME" column of that DataTable. What other columns does that DataTable have?
