Generate n cellcontents of a column in dgv

Hi evrybuddy,
i m newbi in vb.net 2008(vb). I m trying to generate cellcontents of a column automatically. Actually i hav three columns...ID, NAME, DONATION_AMOUNT...i displayed this using designer in datagrid. i want to display the ID columns data as 1,2,3,4,5....(depends on no of id's) and diffrent names for each individual ID and DONATION_AMOUNT blank(no data in this column cells)...so that i can fill the donation amound of particular ID and related NAME... i hope u got my problem...please help me ASAP....bcoz i m new bi...so plz guide me in details...

datagridview problem...


hello experts, i m new bie...
i just want to display a datagrid looks like this......
NO | NAME | AMOUNT
1 jak null
2 jak null
3 jak null
and so on...
i hav a table with column names...no,name and amount, and i stored these values from a windows form and set the value 3 in no, jak in name and amount is null....i want to generate above datagrid view so that i can update the amount corresponding to that no and id...to display this grid i used visiual studio datasource wizard...becoz i dont hav any experience in this so please guide me with complete details n codes....thanxxx
