Form Resize

I am trying to make a customized UI for a borderless form using user controls and I was wondering how I would set the form to resize. I am trying to base it off the same little grab bar in the bottom right corner of the form as microsoft. I am currently trying to do this with the events for a picture box and the mouse positions but I can't figure it out. I was wondering if anyone had any tutorials or could point me in the right area.
