Form Max / Restore Down question

Hello All,

When I create a form and all the contents how can I make it were the contents stay in the same position if the user clicks the max button next to the "X" on the top right? Also, if the user clicks the same button to restore down I would like the same.

Right now, if the user restores down my pictures are out of sight and the user will have to manually resize the form in order to view all the contents.

Hope I explained this right and asked in the right way...

Use the Anchor and Dock properties of the controls on the form.
