Question Form Controls Problem

I have been building a form in Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition and everything has been working fine, however, all the controls have suddenly stopped being able to be edited using the mouse. I can just about move them up/down/left/right with the arrow keys but nothing else.

Any ideas? It's driving me mad...I have checked the Locked property and this is still set to FALSE.

Any help would be greatly received.
