Focus on the Submit button

In my user signup page, I have multiple fields. How can I configure the page so when I click the enter button, it sets the focus and runs the Submit button?

you mean Enter key i guess ... means, you want to press Enter key no matter where the focus is (field1, field2 etc.) and to proceed the page just same like you would click Submit button. Right?
