flash drop down menubar instead of VB.net menubar

Instead of a standard VB2005e menubar, can we use a flash drop down menu docked to the top of the form and run fscommands ? Are there any limitations using this method ? Will we lose any vb.net menubar functionality by doing it this way ?

Certainly not! There is one reason why you will not lose any VB functionality; because you don't use the menubar at all
It depends on your needs but probably you can achieve all you would achieve with the common menubar with one difference that you will spend more time and effort for the same result.
VS 2005 has brouhgt probably all we wanted from menubar including easy setting of images, improved look and stuff. so, i don't see particular reason to replace this control with flash movie.
However, it's up to you.
