First running problem

hi all,

I have got a sample program for asp.net but when I want to run it it gives this error, i do not perhaps IIS error or some thing related to this can you help me to find the reason.

Hi!

In IIS manager, have you made the folder you have your asp.net files at a application?

In IIS manager, find the folder that your app is in, right click and select properties and look at the Application Settings section on the Directory tab. If the Application name is greyed out and the create button available then you need to click create to make the folder a application.
