Question Fastest way to write a datatable to Access database

I have a datatable held in VB.net with about 500 000 rows of data and 150 columns

When i write this to an Access table it takes a long time to save, does anybody have any idea what is the quickest means of writing a big fat datatable to an Access database file.

Is it quicker to use DAO insteas of ADO perhaps?

Are there an special techniques that may make it faster?
