Export to Excel

I've google this but couldn't find an answer to it.

Ok, I have an excel file that was designed and I need to use that excel as a template to change values of certain cells. I can't design the file from scratch using VB.Net . I know there is a way of exporting my information and import it into the excel(too much of hassle for end-user).

But my question is if there is a way to have the excel file called and modify the values then save as and still keep the original template. Thanks

Thanks John, that help found out more about automation. I found good info for edit Word as well
