What is new in this release?

The long awaited version of Aspose.Cells for Reporting Services 1.6.0 has been released. It includes support for Exporting Excel 2007 and ODS file formats with Digital Signatures and Optimize Performance. This release includes plenty of new and improved features as listed below

- Supports Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 2008 R2.
- Supports Digital Signatures while exporting MS Excel 2007 and ODS files.
- Allows optimizing Performance while configuring Aspose.Cells. ReportingServices.xml file.
- Aspose.Cells.ReportingServices.log Issues are resolved

Other most recent bug fixes are also included in this release.

Overview: Aspose.Cells for .NET

Aspose.Cells for Reporting Services allows you to export native Excel reports in Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services. Unlike the built-in renderer for Excel based reports, Aspose.Cells for Reporting Services provides an extended feature set and allows RDL reports to be converted to: Excel 97-2003 binary XLS format, SpreadsheetML or the Excel2007 XLSX format. With Aspose.Cells Report Designer tool, users can design & deliver reports into MS Excel directly without using Visual Studio IDE.

What is new in this release?

The long awaited version of Aspose.Cells for .NET 5.2.1 has been released. It includes support for applying MS Excel 2007 pre-defined Styles. It also set “Password to modify” option while encrypting spreadsheets and Internet Explorer 8.0 is also supported in this release. This release includes plenty of new and improved features as listed below

- Supports pre-defined styles of OOXML (MS Excel 2007).
- Supports “Password to modify” option while encrypting spreadsheets.
- Supports rendering GridWeb without using compatibility mode in IE8.

Overview: Aspose.Cells for .NET

Aspose.Cells is a .NET component for spreadsheet reporting without using Microsoft Excel. It supports robust formula calculation engine, pivot tables, VBA, workbook encryption, named ranges, spreadsheet formatting, drawing objects like images, OLE objects and importing or creating charts. You can also create Excel file using designer spreadsheet, smart marker or API and apply formulae and functions. It supports CSV, SpreadsheetML, PDF and all file formats from Excel 97 to Excel 2007.
