export embeded dll resource to dll file to disk

First Hello and nice to meet you
I am trying to make a little app and I have a problem regarding embeded resources.
I have added a dll file to my app resources and now I am trying to get that file back and write it to disk in a specific folder.

Could anyone help me to this?

File.WriteAllBytes Method (System.IO)
for first parameter specify the file path, for second parameter pass your My.Resources.lib.
