Question "Expert Settings"

I'd like to make sure I'm in the "Expert Settings" development profile in VS 2010. The manual I'm using suggests 'Tools > Settings' to set this choice, but I find no "Settings"
choice under "Tools" in the Main Menu. How do I set, or make sure I'm in, the Expert Settings mode? Thanks.

It is available only if you have installed the XNA Game Studio.

This information applies only to editions of Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Express, which includes Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Express for Windows Phone that is installed as part of the Microsoft Windows Phone Developer Tools.

Expert/Basic settings mode only applies to the Express editions of Visual Studio (all of them). These simplified IDEs is in Basic mode by default to hide more advanced options.
