Question .exe, has a different computed hash than specified in manifest.

Does anyone know how to rectify this problem, I have been searching all over and have come up with many articles, but they all reference one article on MSDN but it doesn't really explain how to solve the problem.

For the life of me I can not remember what we did to fix that, if I remember, I will post the solution. I want to say it was a permissions problem and a file issue becasue we were working on a Virtual Network.
