What is new in this release?

The long awaited version of Aspose.Cells for .NET 7.3.1 has been released. In this release, we have made some valuable enhancements to the advanced conditional formatting types of Microsoft Excel 2007/2010 file formats that were not supported in the product. Moreover, Microsoft Excel 2010′s advanced data validation is now supported. We have also supported data filters in Pivot Tables. We have made several enhancements regarding data series and markers for charts. The auto-shapes rendering in output HTML has also been enhanced. As well as all this, we have fixed a number of bugs and handled exceptions regarding Excel to PDF feature in the latest release. The formula calculation engine is further improved and we enhanced it to make it more robust and efficient. We have also fixed a few issues regarding certain formulas. A few issues in the web based grid control provided by Aspose.Cells for .NET that affected grouping data and formatting are now fixed. We also fixed an issue regarding other browsers, for example Firefox. This release includes few enhanced features and plenty of bug fixes as listed below

- Saving clears formatting is resolved

- HTML formatting issues (regarding extra borders) is fixed
- SheetRender’s XPS and custom number format issue is resolved
- Save as PDF does not preserve formatting is now fixed
- Problems are resolved with XLSX formatting in Excel and PDF outputs
- Excel’s pivot table rendered to PDF is corrected
- Custom fonts in PDF
- Cell’s Vertical Alignment rendering issue is fixed
- Text missing in the right-most end is now resolved
- Some conditional formatting is now rendered correctly
- Problem with formatting in the Total Row in the PivotTable
- Problem is resolved with formatting in the Total Row in the PivotTable
- Office for Mac-Os 2k11 crashes after opening an Excel file is now fixed
- PivotTable’s calculated field getting changed is now fixed
- Problem is fixed for saving Workbook with Calculated Members
- Compact Layout for pivot table is fixed
- File Corruption is fixed when Refreshing Pivot Tables
- SheetRender draws textbox contents bold
- Excel text box is now resized correctly when rendering to image
- SheetRender exports shape correctly

Aspose.Cells is a .NET component for spreadsheet reporting without using Microsoft Excel. It supports robust formula calculation engine, pivot tables, VBA, workbook encryption, named ranges, spreadsheet formatting, drawing objects like images, OLE objects and importing or creating charts.
