error when trying to start debugging

I get an error message that says something like... There was an error in starting the debugger, The binding Handle was invalid. or something like that!

Does anyone know what causes it? i'm using VBE 2005 btw.

it actually says, Error trying to run the project: Unable to start debugging, the Binding handle was invalid.

i tried reinstalling it but i keep getting that message everytime i run a program.

anybody?
