Resolved Error messages An unhandled exception of type 'System.ArgumentException'

Hi,

I was there with the previous learning vb.net program and I tried to make the program data input, edit, delete, locate and select the image.
I enter the coding on the save button but it is always problematic, and the error message appears An unhandled exception of type 'System.ArgumentException' occurred in mscorlib.dll ".

please help to overcome these problems and what should I do
