edit datagrid through code

I realize this is probably something very simple but i haven't been able to figure it out. I've searched the net and can't find a simple example anywhere.
I'm populating a datagird using a rowfilter all connections through code. All I want to do is edit fields in the datagrid and then save these changes to my access database.
Any help appreciated
