Dynamic Web Service URL

Im trying to create a piece of software that allows me to change the URL of a web service at runtime.

Lots of the online tutorials rely on changing the service reference URL attribute to dynamic however there appears to be no way in .net 2008. Also the URL appears in several files when I do a search.

Does anyone know of a way??
