Dynamic checkbox vanishes after each postback

Hi,
I'm having problem with the dynamic checkbox...after each post back event it dissapepars...

there are three check boxes which are only enabled after a radio button called "rdstatus" is clicked.....and there is a "search" button too which in being clicked shows the data in the grid view...but the problem is after every post back event the check boxes disappears even if the check box is clicked....please do help me...

Can we see how you are adding the controls to the form? What is in your Form_Load sub? I imagine that you have something in your Form_Load that is removing it.
