DRopDown Combox Box vb.NET

Hi Guys,
I am populating the data in the Dropdown Comobo from the Database, How can i enter(append) the data in Dropdown, can you guys help me with VB.NET code..

If your setting the datasource property then you cant modify the collection. However if you are just reading the values in then you can add items to the collection.
