Draw an arrow in form

Dear All

Does anyone know how to draw an arrow in form in VB.NET using the coordinates X1, X2, Y1, Y2. (see picture).

Please provide a full and clear description of the problem. From the image you posted you have already drawn an arrow on the form, so what exactly is the problem. Also, what you've pictured there is more than just an arrow. Please don't assume that we know anything other than what you tell us.
