downloading a dynamically created file

Hi,

I have a button called "Download" on a form and when you click it, I would like the client to be able to save a dynamically created CSV file to their computer.

Is this possible? And if so how? Do I have to somehow save the CSV file to a location? I'm not sure how to do this.
