Hi Everyone,
I wanted to use the "Publish" tab on the project properties and clicked the wizard button and it created an installer.
When we tried to run the setup.exe file we got this strange screen instead of a typical Windows installer dialog box.
Does "Publish" actually work? If it does, is there a setting that causes this behavior?
