I am almost done with a VB.net application. I would like to install it on another PC to run it and see what happens. Then if it works, try to sell it to school systems.

I am new to this. I was told that when these applications are install that something call DLL HELL can happen. That some applications can crash systems or make previous run applications stop running. If this is true, how can I go about minimizing this DLL Hell from happening.

No, I have never heard of that. The only thing i can think it might mean is sometimes it is quite fiddly creating an installer in visual studio with DLLs. I dont use the visual studio setup creator, i gernerally use inno setup.
