Question Design different from exe?

I encountered weird problem, the design(left) different from the exe(right)

The column header supposed to be middle center and bold, but it's not..
Can someone help me?

yes the data grid one..

sometime this type of problem happens in .net ... just create a new project it will solve your problem or otherwise...
just set the column header display property in runtime that how you want.
